If you’ve been following any of our channels this past month, it’s no secret we’ve been working to get 10 million pounds of produce into food banks across the country before Thanksgiving. Thousands of you have donated, shared, or followed along and made this bigger than we ever could’ve imagined.

Farmlink exists to prove that we can keep families fed in this country using what we already grow. We launched this campaign because grocery prices have continued to rise all year. At the same time, federal food assistance programs are being slashed, leaving millions unsure how they’ll feed their families during the holidays.

I’m proud to share that as of this this morning, we’re over 80% of the way toward our goal, with around 8.5 million pounds of food delivered. We’ll be heads down every minute this week working to close that final 2 million pounds.

The truth is, this is what we do every day of the year. We’ll be delivering food on Thanksgiving Day and every day after. This campaign has allowed us to push beyond our usual capacity, because the scale of need right now demands it.

More than ever, we’re asking you to share, donate, and spread the word to help us close this gap and support millions more people this week alone.
